The Challenge
Offering twelve courses across different age groups, the provider managed enrolment forms, payment tracking and attendance manually across three separate systems. Untracked leads and unpaid instalments created serious cash flow problems, and most staff time went to administration.
What We Built
Every application form on the website was connected to n8n. When an application arrives, an acceptance email, a Stripe payment link and the programme details go out automatically. WhatsApp reminders fire as instalment dates approach, and attendance and grading sync with Google Sheets.
The Result
Lost leads went to almost zero. Payment delays fell 73%. Enrolments rose 38% year on year and the provider started earning €6,400 a month in additional revenue.
